Are you licensed & insured?
We are registered to perform construction, remodeling, and restoration work in Texas.
However, Texas does not require remodelers and general contractors to have a license to operate, so it is of utmost importance to take time to choose the right service provider for you.
If your project requires city or county permits to complete, we will procure all necessary permits.
We also carry insurance coverage for liability, disability, and worker's compensation to help give you confidence and peace of mind in our work.

Do you have specialists on the team (architects, interior designers, etc.)?
Yes. Our team has deep expertise in every step of the process, from design to sourcing materials to project management to construction. We emphasize continuing education for our team, and continuously incorporate new methodologies in order to provide the best service to our clients.
We offer complete design services when you select us for fulfillment, construction, and installation.
If I sign a Design Agreement, will I get to keep the design if I decide not to choose Cheers for building the project?
No.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks (including home equity checks), money orders, wire transfer/ACH transfers, and Zelle.
Can I finance my project?

Do you provide a warranty on materials?
We hand select manufacturers.
We pass on the manufacturer's warranty to our clients for all materials purchased for your project, some of which are lifetime warranties.
Do you provide a service warranty?
Yes. After completion of your project's final walk-through, you will receive a comprehensive 3-year labor and material warranty on our work, and in some cases, a 10-year warranty on structural components.
